- Aviso n.º 114/2009, de 29/10/2009 - torna público o depósito do instrumento de ratificação da Convenção
- Avisos n.º 113/2009 e 115/2009, de 29/10/2009 - tornam público ter Portugal efectuado junto do Secretário-Geral das Nações Unidas uma objecção à declaração interpretativa formulada pelo Reino da Tailândia e uma objecção à reserva formulada pela República de El Salvador, no momento da adesão à Convenção

A Resolução do Conselho de Ministros n.º 68/2014 (DR I, n.º 226, de 21/11/2014) designa os pontos de contacto nacionais e o mecanismo de coordenação nacional e estabelece o mecanismo nacional de monitorização da implementação desta Convenção.
Através da Lei n.º 71/2019, de 2 de setembro, foi estabelecido o regime jurídico do mecanismo nacional de monitorização da implementação da Convenção.
